This is my first time planning a trip to Disney World, I have the pleasure of doing this for a group of 8. We are going to DisneyWorld from june4-11. We have our rooms reserved for a great price at the Holiday Inn maingate. My problem is where to purchase the hopper passes. Should I get them from the disney store, TicketRes, AAA or what? Each family will have a magic disney club card, will this discount help much?
Also how do I find out about the character breakfast, We have 2, two yr. olds ,2, 9 yr. olds that would love to eat breakfast with Mickey, Minnie....anyone at this point!!! This will also be the kids first trip to DIsney!!
Thanks!!!!

Tickets- The ticket prices are comparable between AAA and DC. A quick call to your local AAA office to get prices compared to the DC prices on this site could make the decision for you. The other thing you may want to consider is anyone in the military. Is there someone you know that is in or retired from the military? If so, that is the cheapest route. Not only are the tickets discounted, but you also bypass taxes by buying them through the AFB Tickets & Tours Office. The tax alone can save big $$$$$.

Character Meals- If any of the kids are girls, you must eat in Cinderella's Castle! Reservations are difficult to get so you must call exactly at your 60-day window. There are many other character meal opportunities. Check the character meal link from the home page of this site. It will give you the when, where, and how much the meal will cost.

Good luck with the planning...

thank you so much for your reply.I do have someone in the military so this will be very helpful. As you can tell I am new to this, since I posted this as a poll.

Everyone be patient, I am learning. This board has been more than helpful!!!!!!!
