Tickets

I plan to purchase tickets from Disney for our March 22 trip - I'd like to wait until some more of this FP+/MM+ stuff gets sorted out. My question - does anyone know how long it takes for tickets to arrive? I get there are variables, but I'd like a ballpark figure so I don't order too late.

I've always bought from UT, and generally have them within about 10 days.

My personal rule is if I need it in less than 2 weeks, I order for "will call". More than 14 days I'll have it shipped.

If you are ordering from Disney themselves, you are safe regardless.

When you purchase online, you will get a confirmation number.

If they think they have time to FedEx you the tickets, they will.
If they don't, they will send them to your resort (if you have a resort reservation) or they will send them to will call (which option you can choose for yourself at check-out, if you prefer this).

All you'll need to get your tickets on your first day of vacation is that confirmation number you got when you booked. Even if they mailed you tickets and you didn't receive them, they will "kill" those and issue you new ones on the spot, with the confirmation number and your ID.
