Hi folks - we're staying on-site in October and booked through the Disney site - we have the e-mail confirmation - is this all we need for the hotel for our stay including what we need for collected our park tickets?

Yes all you need is your email confirmation. At check in at the hotel they will give you your park tickets and vouchers for any meals you have booked and paid for in advanced.
