Tickets to New Years Eve Special Events

Hi all,

When do tickets typically drop for new years special events?
(Example: dinner party at Coronado, special dessert/dining events)

We would LOVE to get a guaranteed seat somewhere for New Years but unsure if that is a dining reservation thing (so 60 + 7 days since we're staying onsite) or if there is another way we have to do that?

Or have they already gone on sale and sold out?

I have been trying to search times for special events like this during Christmas week and the 30th/31st and it seems as if there is some freeze on these events after the 25th. For example, you cannot search times for Harmonious Spice Road table dining packages during that week, and the dates for the dessert parties at MK are all shaded out so you cannot click on them. This has been showing like this since before the 60+7 day mark. Not sure what is up with that. This will also be the first time we will be there for this time so I am not sure what is typical.
