We have 6 tickets I bought in Decembet and already got the reservation days. Due to a surgery in the group we’d like to reschedule. Are the tickets good for one year and i just cancel the reservation dates to another time if available?

Also if someone can’t go can I change the name on the ticket on the app or need to buy a new ticket?

Thanks

The tickets are good for a while I believe, and as for your reservations you may have to check the reservation calender to make sure you have the right ticket tier and the day you want is available!

As for the names, I’m not sure about that, maybe someone else can help?

Your tickets should say on them when they expire- it's not a year from purchase but rather whatever the expiration date was for the tickets being sold at that time. Yes, you can cancel your reservations and reschedule for whenever you plan to go up until that expiration date.

The name on the ticket is irrelevant. You can't change it, but it also doesn't matter in so far as they don't check names or anything when you arrive- think of it more as an identifier for the ticket. So you'll just need to remember that "Jane" is using "Jennifer's" ticket in the app as the name on the ticket does show up when booking G+, scanning in etc.

If it's a multi-day pass, don't they ask for ID the first time around before the take the picture though?

I know after that it doesn't matter and they just match the face to the person but you think OP would run into the issue of the license not matching the name on the face of the ticket?

Do they still take your photo when you go for the first day? I had forgotten about that; just going for the first time in 4 years and am trying to remember all the things to go through. And can you do that before the first day you go to save time? ie. I'm staying at the Grand; can I get the ID thing done the day before somewhere when we check in?

No they do not check ID and the name on the ticket in the app etc. truly does not matter with the exception of tickets that have special eligibility requirements (SoCal, Canadian, I think some military tickets etc.). For those they will check ID.

For general tickets, you can name them Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy and it won't matter.

They will take your photo on the first day of multiday tickets and the same person must use the same ticket from that point forward but it doesn't matter what the name on it is.

You cannot take your photo in advance without activating the tickets.

Got it! I'm usually in that special bucket (SoCal) which is why I thought that was the case.
