Hello experts! Mulling over all the ticket options, and wondering: can you add park hopper to only one day of a ticket while at the parks? For example, on the 4th day of a 4-day ticket.

So what is the price difference if you upgrade to hoppers on just the last day of 3 or 4 day tickets? I am thinking about doing 1PPD tickets and doing DL the first 2 days and then DCA the third day but would like to know the price difference if we wanted to go back to DL on the third day at all.

You cannot upgrade to a park hopper on select days unfortunately. It's the same price for park hopping whether you do it for 1 day or 5.
Well, it's $50 to upgrade to a P/H on a 1 day ticket and $55 to upgrade to P/H on a 2 - 5 day ticket, irrespective of how many days you want to do it for.
Therefore, if you think you want the P/H option then you are better off doing it from the start as it's going to cost you the same to upgrade whether you do it on day 1 or 2 or at the end of your 5 day ticket.
So..... you can do it just on the last day if you want but it's not going to be any cheaper unfortunately than if you did it on day 1 or 2.

A few weeks late on this thread, but...
If I got a three day, one park a day ticket and I used day one and day two and then on the third day, I decide there's more at both parks I want to do, can I go to Guest Services and pay the $50 to add Hopper to the last day?

That's right - it'll be $55 though. It's $50 to add P/H to a 1 day ticket and $55 to add it to a 2 day or more ticket.

I you PLAN to hop on any of your days just get a hopper. If you aren't sure then wait and do it when you decide.
