Tickets, paper vs credit card and fast pass

I bought my "tickets" from the Disney Store yesterday. THey are the credit card type. I didn't even know they had them, I have only ever had paper tickets. My question is probably silly, but if I remember right, for fast pass you have to put your ticket in and it was only a little slot like for the paper ones, have they changed the machines? Has anyone ever used the credit card type for fast pass?

No worries - the "credit-card" type tickets work just fine in the FastPass machines. Always have.

All of the UPH (Length of Stay) tickets issued by the resorts are the plastic credit card type. No way would Disney put a system in that wouldn't work with its most expensive tickets! We'd have heard about it a long time ago if the plastic media did not work in the FastPass machines.

Best wishes -

I have used both the old paper tickets (1991 leftovers), the length of stay plastic one that also serves as credit card and room key, as well as the paper, but card shaped ones from the Disney Store and they all work fine in the Fast Pass Machines.

Have a great trip!

If they work at the turnstile, they will work at fastpass. The fastpass system verifies that it was used at the turnstile that day.
