Tickets on-site?

Quick, hopefully easy question...

I have a one day pass and one day EP that I bought through a travel agent for next week. I have the confirmation number. Am I correct that the only way I can get the actual tickets is at the gate/kiosks with the original credit card? I can't get them early to load to the app?

Should I expect to spend a lot of time in line to get the tickets or is that pretty quick?
