Tickets not showing up

We just made reservations at the Disneyland Hotel and booked tickets with it. I have made my park reservations. When I go to my Disney app, my hotel reservation sow up along with showing the tickets purchased but my tickets are not showing up under tickets. Is there a way to fix this?

It sounds like you got a package? If so, there should be a date in your confirmation email that tells you when the tickets and any package extras will be available. I also had the hotel show up right away in the app, but the tickets did not until that specified date for my recent December trip (it was 5 days out from the first park day for me). Once they were loaded to my account, they showed up in the app without any action on my part. Then I had my family scan their tickets from my phone to their phones, using the app.

There isn't really anything you'd need the tickets for, ahead of time, if that is a concern. It doesn't matter for making dining or activity reservations.

Did you look in the app? For whatever reason, when I look on the website plans area, I don't see our tickets or park reservations. But in the app, I see all of it listed in our plans.

We haven't been to DLR in a decade so I don't know if this is unusual or just the way it is, but it's kind of annoying.
