Tickets Just Arrived!!! HELP!!

Our tickets to DLP arrived in the post today,
We are staying at The Dream Castle Hotel and asked Thomas Cook Direct to add on the Disney Express Service to our Eurostar booking.
On the Disney Express ticket it says to wear the sticker provided in the pack to show that you have the Disney Express Service, but there was no sticker that came with our tickets
Im confused!

I'm sure the Disney Express service is only available to the on site Disney hotels, looks like Thomas Cook have mislead you

It is probably best to phone Thomas Cook and ask them.

When we went a few weeks ago there was a line for partner hotels, we were at the front of the queue for the Cheyenne which was right next to it.
A woman was moaning who was going to Dream Castle because there was nobody serving at that desk.

Thanks for all ur replies ive had lots of problems with Thomas Cook Direct, will never book with them again!

As for Disney Express im sure that includes the Dream Castle Hotel, i need to Double check
