Tickets in friend's account... how can I control FP+?

Maybe this is an easy fix and I'm just not good at finding answers, but I'm getting more and more confused by this.

I have a friend who purchased six park hopper passes for my family. She put the tickets in her My Disney account (each one is assigned to one of my family members). Great, we have tickets and they will work... but the Fastpass thing is driving me nuts. She emailed my Disney account and we are connected through it. I can see my family now in my account, but no option to check off my family members to add in FP+.

Basically, I would like to have control of all the park hopper tickets, but am not sure if she can link these to me or not.

Sorry if this is a basic question, but I'm really confused by all this.

Going to answer my own question. We had to call Disney. We had not changed the avatars (characters) for each family member from my friend's account. By doing that and restarting the invitation process we were able to fix the problem.
