Has anyone in Canada purchased tickets from Undercover Tourist?

What has been your experience?

Would you do it again?

Have bought them from UT quite often ... never a problem. Will be using UT tickets next week. They ship to Canadian's from Ontario!

We've used them too. You get real tickets, not vouchers, and they ship free, even to Canada. No surprises at check out, like some other ticket brokers who add tax and shipping fee when you check out. UT posts the total price on their prices, incl tax, nothing more added at check out.
Delivery was very quick. I'd use them any time

We bought from UT too. They were supposed to come in 7 days but never did. After 2 weeks my DH called them. They told us we could take the receipt to Disneyworld and they would cancel the tickets and reissue new ones. My DH said no, that's not going to work. I didn't buy tickets to go down there and not even know if we have tickets. They said fine and fedexed tickets to us overnight. They gave us a prepaid self addressed envelope so we could return the lost tickets if they ever showed up. They never did. I was happy with my experience. They made sure we had our tickets and we were satisfied.

We used them too and had no problems. the tickets came earlier than expected and we saved a lot of money by using them as well.

I've used UT several times, and I've recommended them to at least 5 other families that have used them. Never a problem, great service, and great prices. Just make sure that when you're checking out, that you're not clicking on the shipping option that would charge you. My experience with regular (aka FREE) shipping is that I usually have tickets in hand within 10 days of ordering them.
