Once tickets are purchased, what do we need to take to DL to exchange for tickets? Just the email confirmation from LMT? Or do they email/send a voucher separately?

It seems odd that all we received was the initial email confirming purchase. On the website and in the email we received, there is no information about how to actually get the tickets.

There is a separate voucher that is emailed. You print that out and take it to the ticket booths to exchange them for tickets...at least this is my understanding.

I've printed out our vouchers. I'll let you know the exchange process goes!!

i ordered tickets from them a few weeks ago. i recieved the email comformation within 5 minutes of placing the order....after a week i called them bc i hadnt received the voucher. they said it would come soon in an email....well. on monday i still hadnt gotten it, so i called again. the lady said it goes by when your travel dates are, no worries, it would come :confused3....and so today i received the vouchers by email....my original receipt said 5 day hopper, which is what i paid for. but the voucher said 4 day hopper. oh no! i called, and they are fixing it....they better hurry, we leave tuesday!! :wizard:

so, check your vouchers carefully!!!!!!!

Thanks for the info. Maybe I should call them and make my travel date a few days earlier than it actually is.

I exchanged my LMT voucher (which came separately from my confirmation email and about 2 weeks before my initial travel date) at the ticket booth without any problems. In fact, when I went a few days later to upgrade the hopper to a DAP (yay!), I was given full credit for the value of the hopper ($209?) vs. what I paid for it ($190) -- even when I pointed it out to them. Also, nobody else in my party had any problems exchanging the vouchers for parkhoppers--so once you get your voucher, you're good!

Yes, the voucher is definitely separate from the confirmation email. I had the same experience when I upgraded my 3 day hopper from LMT to a Deluxe AP. I paid $148 for my 3 day hopper from LMT, then upgraded for $115, instead of the $151 it should have been. I let the CM know I had purchased a discount ticket, and I actually owed more. She thanked me for my honesty and said it was fine. So my DAP was $263 instead of $299. (This was in April before the prices went up.)

They also have a button you can click (after you checkout and get your confirmation number) that allows you to print the vouchers. That's how I did it, so I hope it's right. It was identical to the document that I got in my email a couple weeks later.

This is interesting. I wonder if they changed things since April. I remember that option to print the voucher when I checked out, so I did. It was very similar to my confirmation email, but very different from the actual voucher they emailed me about a week before my trip. When there were a bunch of questions about LMT in April, someone from DISboards posted a picture of their actual voucher so we would all know what to look for.

Anyway, I had a great experience with LMT. :)

I just double checked and I take this back, I was wrong. They are different!

Everyone is correct - you will receive a separate email with the voucher and they do send them based on your travel dates. You can call and ask for it sooner - just say your plans have changed.

We have no issues with exchanging the voucher. We did it at the front desk for the GCH since we were staying there. I know there were a lot of us who did not know if it was a legitimate site when it was first discovered but it seems like no one has had issues (well, I believe there was some confusion on the dining vouchers but they all got straighten out).

i called LMT today to make sure the "activities" people got the message about my voucher that was wrong. she said they were working on it, and would be done this afternoon.....still no new vouchers in my email...
starting to get a bit freaked about it....we leave on tuesday! :scared1:

I was wondering if you are given the plastic credit card parkhoppers at the ticket booths when you turn the vouchers in or if you have paper tickets. Thanks.

I tried a search but couldn't find the thread with the picture of the voucher.
Does anyone know where I can find it?

Sometimes, they will be listed under a different agency's name instead of LTM. Once they can locate the reservation at the booth, it's pretty easy and fast. They gave us the paper Hoppers and our MM early entrance as well. Everything went fine for us and I will use them again.

I'm confused as to why people are buying from them rather then disneyland.com. LMT is only showing 2 day hoppers and they are the same price as disneyland.com. :confused3

Not sure where you only see 2 day parkhoppers. This is what is showing when I check:

Lastminutetravel.com:
Adult Child
2 Day Park Hopper Ticket $161.01 $146.00
3 Day Park Hopper with Magic Morning $180.36 $160.00
4 Day Park Hopper with Magic Morning $188.82 $167.21
5 Day Park Hopper with Magic Morning $191.82 $169.09
2 Day Base Ticket $151.01 $136.00

Disneyland.com:
2-Day Park Hopper Ticket $161.00 $146.00
3-Day Park Hopper Bonus Ticket $186.00 $165.00
4-Day Park Hopper Bonus Ticket $201.00 $178.000
5-Day Park Hopper Bonus Ticket $211.00 $186.00

So yes, the 2 day parkhopper is the same price but the others are less expensive on LMT.

Be sure when you are inputting your parameters for your search that you include a potential time period this is more than 2 days long. If you limit it to a small number of days (like 2 or 3), it will only give you listings for 2 or 3 day tickets. For example, put in June 1, 2011 and June 7, 2011 to get a listing for more than just 2-day tickets. Make sense?

It must be acting up on my end because it wont let me put in more then 2 days and only shows 2day prices.
