Tickets from connections

Hi, I was wondering if anyone used hopper passes from connections???? I just joined through MyPoints for the 1 month free membership. I ordered some vouchers and a 6 day hopper plus pass. I guess I just need reassurance that the pass is legitimate. Has anyone used them before?? Thanks a bunch.

I hope they are because we ordered two 6 day park hoppers from them and will be using them in about a week. Assuming how easy it is to use the vouchers, I dont think we will have a problem with the hoppers

Can you please explain the vouchers? I have visited the connections website but it doesn't give any info. Do most people cancel after 30 days and is that easy?? Thank you!!

Rest assured they work. I have heard from other's on the board they sometimes have problems with the machines at the gate taking some of the tickets. Seems that this is just something that happens now and then because of the type of medium they are using (paper tickets) I don't really know why they don't convert to something that is more like a credit card since they can do this for gift cards. Also they can recycle these and use them again.

In any case my family used connections tickets and meal vouchers last May with no problem whatsoever. Assuming that you are not beyond the norm, you should be fine.

We ordered our hoppers from Connections in Oct. and used them with no problem! We also decided to upgrade to APs while we were there and got a great CM who switched our hoppers to the regular Disney hoppers before he upgraded to the AP so we got a better exchange rate on them!

I signed up for the Connections program for the 30 day trial just so I could order the Park Hopper tickets. I signed up and ordered the tickets on the same day. They came very quickly in the mail, and I was able to cancel my membership with two weeks to spare in my 30 day trial!

I just placed my connections order over the phone....I tried to order over the net but the order would not go thru...I first person I got at connection seemed very clueless so I hung up and called back and got another gal that did not seem much better.....

I had her repeat everything back to me over and over again....She told me I should get the tickets by Wed...So I will let everyone know the outcome....My tummy is in knots because my dh will kill(well probably not but he will yell a bit LOL) me if I screw this up..Since I told him I found a way to save money...

I really hope these come....

UPDATE: I placed my order via phone on 12/7/02. I received part of my order on 12/11/02. I am missing the 4 day park hopper passes but all of my food vouchers came....I will be calling them this a.m to figure out what is happenning??? I'm bummed because the real reason for me ordering from connections was the park passes. This was the only place you could purchase 4 day park hopper plus passes at. I really hope they are able to send these out asap.....It seems kind of strange that they would only send part of the order and not the whole thing...

Additional Update: 12/12/02 I just called their customer service and inquired about my tickets....I got the run around and was finally able to speak to a supervisor/manager. I spoke with Cassandra she looked up my account and it turns out that the orginal person who took/placed my order noted that I wanted to order these tickets but she did not follow thru with placing the order....I asked Cassandra since it WAS their mistake in not sending me out the tickets could she please offer me the next day air option so that I would be sure to receive them before I left for my trip...She stated she could offer me nothing except an apology and re-order the tickets correctly....I told her I will accept the tickets till next Wednesday and at that point I will not accept the tickets when ups delivers them...I am very dissapointed in this company and WILL deffinately be cancelling my membership once I receive the tickets....or by next Wednesday which ever comes first... It's really a shame that they choose not to correct their mistake because they now lost me for a customer..I was all set to keep my membership for a year because I felt I could utilize the discounts on the gift certificates...Bu unfortanelty my time is also worth something and if I have to call numerous times per orderr I have lost all my savings in time spent.

I realize other folks have had good results from this company and I wish all who will try them in the future good luck. But I will not be reccommending this company to ANYONE!!!!!!!!!

Does anyone know if Connections offers 5 day Park Hopper (not Park Hopper Plus) passes? If so, how much are they?

My AAA rate is looking pretty good right now, and I am trying to decide if I should join or not.

Connections only offer Park Hopper Plus passes. 5 day passes are 235.66 for adult and 187.96 for child. We found Connections to be a little cheaper than our AAA office.

Where they are good at, and how much they are and everything--I am LOST when it comes to this, but if I can save money--And Can I sign up for trial for $1.00 and purchase meal vouchers and then cancel after I order or have them??? Mogs30---Yes you can cancel after ordering the vouchers but you may find it worth keeping. The vouchers are $11.00 for Quick and Casual which is good for counter service. Check Mousesavers for more info on the vouchers.

I guess I am one of the few that have kept her Connections membership. Just the savings this X-mas with Toys-R-Us and KB toys was worth the price. I have ordered many restaurant GC - Olive Garden, Outback, Hard Rock Cafe, never mind the Blockbuster and Hollywood video. As long as I travel - a great bargain. Qucik and Casual vouchers worked great for us. Also the Breakfast vouchers for Cindys.

I wanted to report that I utliized go pi travel.com to purchase 3 day hopper plus tickets...I purchased these on Monday 12/9 and I received them today on 12/12...Very good service and I liked that the zeroxed the back of each ticket for us....Nice touch
