Tickets for Universal at Costco

When we were over in January we saw Costco selling tickets for Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, I was just wondering if anyone has the prices for these tickets and what they include?

If you live in Georgia or Florida, like me, you are paying for a pass that lasts 3 months from activation. I just got back from using ours and this is how it works:

When you buy the pass, they scan that box and then you wait until they come from the back with your passes. These passes are then scanned into some system and given to you.

Now when you get to US/IOA, you go to the ticket window. They give you some form to fill out with your name, birthday, address, etc. Then they take your pass, scan it in, enter that information from the form into the system, and it prints out your name and the fact that it's a "3-Month Pass" onto the pass that was given to you from Costco.

Then, you just take that pass to the gate. They biometrically scan your index finger, and you're in. Then, when you want to leave and return, all you have to do is go to the gate, scan your finger and get in.
