tickets - for just a couple days stay?

I am bringing our 2 year old along to my husband's business trip to beach club for a few days in may. With a 2 year old, did you really park hop or just go to one a day? I don't know which kind of tickets to get? any suggestions on past experiences would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

we're travelling with a 18month old, 10 year old, 4 year old and 5 year old and we've opted for park hopper w/waterparks as we feel we might want to switch parks after they take a nap in the afternoon/evenings and we'd have the flexibility to be able to do that. (especially as we doubt water parks will be an all day event)
