Happy New Year,
I'm in planning mode for Aug 04, is it best to order tickets for Cirque du Soleil or wait and hope to get them there? Any diff in prices? Anyone recommend a particular seating area if we have a choice? Any other hints or tips welcome!
Thanks

Just a tip, if you are travelling with Virgin then don't book Cirque tickets through them. We knew we wanted to do this when we go in a few weeks time and so we booked last July and asked for 6pm show on 18th Feb. When we picked up tickets last week it turns out Virgin only issue a voucher which we exchange for tickets with the Virgin Rep at a Welcome Meeting. There are no guarantees that seats will be available and I even rang Orlando office where she said people often go home never having seen the show and have to get a refund on the voucher.

In effect Virgin are only allowing you to pre-pay, not pre-book and if we had waited until we got there we may not have got tickets. I complained and they wanted to charge £100 cancellation for 4 tickets (that they hadn't even purchased!). After a big argument, letters, e-mails and calls they agree to waive this and I booked on Cirque's website and guess what...tickets were £36 cheaper and now top grade seats not Category 2 as Virgin stated. Lesson learned!

It's a fantastic show!! :)

We've sat in the 'cheaper' seats both times and the view has been excellent - I wouldn't bother paying the higher price.

I've booked mine from home and the tickets have been sent to the house. I've a feeling I booked through the Disney main number. If you have an Annual Pass you can get a discount.

Wife of Fozzy Bear - Heck, that's hardly good about getting the tickets through Virgin, what a rip-off. Glad you got your money back.

Hi

We've been twice - once buying the tickets on the day at the box office and once via Cirque's website - both times no problems with the seats - really all the seats are fab and the show is fantastic.
