Tickets disappeared from account

So I booked the Canadian residents ticket deal and made a package. American airlines changed my flight so I might want to add an extra day. I log into my account to see my park tickets are gone.

I couldn't fine the free app. I am at work. The 30 minute wait to speak to someone has turned into over an hour. Right now I don't even want to go to Disney anymore. This phone call is going to be so expensive.

This has been so stressful, I have tried to stay positive through everything even through the magic band rollout and now it has taken the fun out of everything.

End of rant. I posted in the Canadian resident thread as well. Sorry for the double thread or if this shouldn't be here. I am just mad. Flight change with no email and then I login into Disney with asolution and then my tickets are gone and then I have been on a loop with ads to talk to someone
 
Not a solution, but I have seen a few reports of missing tickets today over on the TPAS board. Appears to me to be a ‘normal’ Disney website glitch.

I personally wouldn’t worry about it at the moment and would just go about your day. Chances are it corrects itself at some point.

Thank you it does make me feel better and talks me off the ledge. It was just like okay another thing on top of the change I have that I don't like for my flight.
 
I called earlier and they said it was happening on the site but they were aware of it. We should be ok!!
 

Yeah I talked to the woman and she was like I am transfering you to Iat. That was another 30 minute wait. Um lady, next tell me this. I am not trying to have a 2 hour long distance bill. I hung up. I still didn't get my answer if I can add a day to my reservation lol but no way am I calling back.
 
I was just on the phone about the ticket issue and others- finally resolved one of them at least!- for an hour and a half! They assured me that the "missing tickets" is a glitch and that the tickets are still attached to the account. While on the phone, I was logging in and out of my account for different reasons as they tried to figure some things out and sometimes, 2 out of 5 of us would have "tickets" noted, another time 3/5 would have them, and the people who had them would change too! Hopefully they get that fixed soon!
 
Glad I saw this thread. My tickets are also missing from my reservation, although the rest of my travel party’s are still there. I was going to call tomorrow but I guess I’ll save the phone call and hope it corrects itself in a few days.

Yes- I would wait! The rep said they are slammed with phone calls today due to the ticket issue!!
 
Tickets are back in my account today.

I am also happy because I was able to add a day to the beginning of my trip. Now to call the airlines which caused all of this stress.

If you don’t even want to go to Disney anymore , don’t go. Save the money and go somewhere that stresses you less.

Literally it was the airline changing my flight and my tickets missing. It would have happen on any vacation with me feeling this way. It was one thing after another. Plus I was at work. And if my return flight wasn't on a different airline and non refundable I probably would have at the moment.
