Has anyone bought tickets from this program and linked to MDE. It comes up about $150 cheaper than AAA or UT right now.

Does that price include taxes and shipping/handling like UT does in their price?

I just realize we have this through our corporate discount program. Ordering my tickets today with the special they have! Woohoo!!

Here's my Tickets at Work story, it's still in process, so it probably won't help anyone, but I'd be interested to get feedback:

I originally booked CBR through Priceline for 11/30-12/6, we decided to add a 7th night a few days after booking. This gave me two different confirmation numbers, which linked my stay as 2 separate stays (meaning, I assume, that we would have to check out at 11AM, and then back in at 3PM on our last day). I reached out to Priceline to see if I could combine the confirmation numbers, but they could not. I reached out to the hotel and explained the situation, they said the best they could do would be to put a note on my reservation that we would like to keep the same room (booked the same type at the same resort, everything is identical), if I called back a week before my stay, but couldn't promise anything.

Since I am able to cancel through Priceline up until 2 or 3 days before check in for a full refund, I looked into booking the full week and cancelling this/these reservation/s. I happened upon TAW because I was already planning to get my park tickets through the site, so I figured I'd see if they offered hotels. They do have availability at CBR and the total cost for the 7 days was even $200 less than I booked through Priceline. So I booked it, and once it is all confirmed and set up on MDE, I'll cancel the Priceline bookings. TAW provided a confirmation number in the email, which I tried to use to link the reservation in MDE, but it has no record of my stay. I have reached out to TAW customer service to see if they can help me figure out how to link it, or if the confirmation number they provided was a TAW confirmation number, and not a Disney confirmation number. So I guess at this point, I'm just waiting to see what they say back. If I can't link it, I think I'd rather keep the Priceline reservation (TAW has the same cancellation policy, as long as I cancel up to 72 hours before my stay, I'm fine) and hope for the best with the note on my account.

Once I hear back from TAW, I'll come back here and let you know how that goes.

I booked our stay at AKL last July (before MDE) and had no issues with the reservation at all. I did call out of curiosity the week before we were due there to confirm my reservation and they told me my reservation probably won't show up in the system until 7-days of arrival so you might want to check into that.

If thats the case I would rather call versus email TAW about your confirmation number.

I gave them a call shortly after I posted this. I mean I have plenty of time before our stay, so I'm not worried about that. I just get antsy and want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row. :donald::donald::donald::donald::donald: The woman I spoke with told me to check back mid-August. My biggest concern is making sure that my hotel stay is linked to my account so I can customize my Magic Bands, it's one of the things I'm most excited for this trip, especially since this will be my last Disney visit for a while (trying to save up to get a house). I've heard the cut off time to personalize your bands has been anywhere from 30-10 days before your stay, so if I can only link to my account the week before, that will prevent me from being able to do all the advance planning (which I live for). The woman I spoke with seemed to be aware of the FP planning and all that, so maybe (hopefully) they have taken this into account with the Disney reservations, and the information is getting to the hotel sooner. My fear isn't not having a room, or issues on that end, it's more the pre-planning that I am chomping at the bit to start.

I used them to purchase our tickets last year but haven't since the new fast pass +. I can't believe the price difference was that much. Usually when I check its about $5-6 cheaper than UT.

Yea, I was surprised too, especially since Priceline was already cheaper than the other sites I looked at. I'm going to get my park tickets through them as well, but I'm going to wait until I pay off at least a little bit of the hotel. I almost forgot how expensive Disney is...even months before setting foot in Florida!

So I have an update on my story. I still didn't love the idea of having to wait, and possibly not be able to customize magic bands and do my FP+ reservations. This is my birthday trip, and I want everything to be perfect. So I checked available rooms through Disney directly, I figured I'd put a deposit down on a room and cancel if the TAW reservations if I wasn't able to link the reservation early enough. Turns out Disney is having a late fall reservation deal that must have just started recently. So the cost of the same room I booked through TAW was $75 cheaper directly through Disney. I booked the room and cancelled the TAW reservation. There was a $25 cancellation fee, but even with that included I'm still saving money. I'm officially done obsessing about my room reservation, I got the room I wanted for a good price, and everything is linked up on my account. Now I just have to sit back, relax, and wait for November 30th.

Glad you were able to work it out and save... but the waiting... the waiting is the hard part!
