Tickets at work to AP

I can get a Tickets at work discount for a 5 Day park to park (3 parks) for $295.99 Retail price with tax is $457.94 would universal give me the $457.94 towards the AP price of $469.99 for the Power pass.

I doubt it. I think all of those passes are coded and they use the price you actually pay for them if you want to upgrade. But I am not 100% positive. My brother bought a 1 day pass at a resort then decided to upgrade to a multi-day promo pass. They credited him the amount he actually paid.
