Tickets at Work Program

Just a piece of advice for everyone -

I was looking through my husband's work benefits earlier today and his company participates in a program called Tickets at Work. I looked up Disney and he can purchase 5 day park hopper tickets for $20 less than offered on UT. I wasn't even aware he had access to this program and wanted to pass the word along!

I purchased Disneyland APs through Tickets At Work last December. They had the best prices I could find. I was surprised to discover that they discounted even the 'SoCal Resident' passes!

Make sure you go through the full checkout process. UCT shows prices after taxes, while TAW shows before taxes.

We always check Tickets at Work against the other outlets, and they are always cheaper. A great benny from work - finally!!

We used Tickets at Work last time. We didn't pay for shipping because we had a rental car. We picked them up at a place pretty close to property. We would defintely use this again in the future.

TAW is a good option, but as others have said, make sure you're comparing the final cost. Best option I've found for some kinds of tickets is Official Ticket Center. Although if you want a five-day hopper, Expedia has a great deal until the end of March.

We've used them for certain things but they are hit or miss. The tickets are never cheap enough compared to the FL resident discounts but that's not unexpected. I have found they sometimes have the City Discount Cards (GO cards) on special cheaper than the other internet specials and occasionally for dinner theater's or other shows for Orlando and Vegas.

not sure re WDW tix, however, I had bought a single day tix several years ago for Universal through them when we had an additional guest who wound up cancelling trip with us.

When I tried to use it at the park gates to upgrade to multi-day tix was told it was considered "a complimentary ticket" and that there could be no adjustments. It also had an expiry date printed on it that was only good thru the end of the year I purchased it. Didn't remember seeing any such proviso in the fine print.

I agree with those who indicate that the final price for tix I've priced is never less than UT.

Thanks to all for the help! I'm debating purchasing a 10 day non-expire park hopper as I often drop in for 2-3 days visits when my parents (DVC) go on their trips each year and decided to check out Tickets at Work. Their price after taxes and shipping is $660 compated to UT of $722. Have sent an email to confirm if their tickets are RFID eligible, but sounds like I can just link the tickets through My Disney Experience to my Magic Band and I'm good. Does that make sense or do I seem off?

I see $730.27 after taxes are added. Maybe UT also adds taxes once items are in your cart, I don't know.

I can't confirm from actual experience but recently emailed them and the response was yes, you can enter the 12 digits from the back of the ticket to link the bands.

I bought tickets from them 6 months back, and was able to link them on MDE. The plastic card had a scratch number, and I needed to uncover some of the numbers to enter into MDE. I checked with both MS and Tickets at Work, and both said it was fine, that scratching off to see the number would not void the ticket. No issue linking.
