Tickets at DWtickets.com

I was just wondering if anyone has used the web site DWtickets.com to order their discounted tickets?
This is the first I've heard of them and they have tickets at a pretty good price. about $10 cheaper than undercover tourist.

Any info would be appreciated!

Have used them many times. I have had codes that are really great.

go to their twitter page and they have the Jan 1 newsletter on there with the code.

Well I can't find them on Twitter.
Of course I've NEVER used Twitter so I don't really know what I'm doing wrong.

Well I just got their newsletter & it had the twitter link. I was using all caps to search.

would you mind posting the link?
I'm having trouble searching Twitter and didn't get the newsletter.

Thanks.

I just compared to UCT for a 6 or 7 day parkhopper and UCT came out ahead with the mousesavers link. I guess the right coupon code could make all the difference!

yea, me too.
can anyone post the code from DWtickets (or PM me?) thanks!!

So is the code only good on the Seasonal Specials?

I got what thought was a current code after signing up for the newsletter, but when I tried it on a 5 day no exp. adult it said invalid.

OK, so
I went back to the newsletter (which is on Twitter) and entered DWTickets web site throughh the link there instead of throught their main page.
After that all the ticket logos said DWSavers,
I selected a 10 day hopper and was able to apply the code (saved $4.27)
But they added tax.

10 day park hopper adult

UTC : $296.95 (w/MS discount/free shipping/no taxes charged)
DWT : $298.98 (w/DWSaver code/taxes charged/pick-up@store)
Disney : $314.18 (includes tax)

I am looking for 10 day either park hopper (or possibly not) with no expire and no water park. They don't offer this option on the website...do they not sell it????

UPDATE: I found it, but it does not work with the code...seems the code is only good on certain types of passes...???

Here's what their site says:

Why isn't the coupon code working?

If you've received the DW Savers newsletter, and you're trying to purchase tickets using the coupon code but keep receiving the message "Coupon Code Invalid", this means that you're not using the code on the right tickets.

The newsletter displays all the different tickets being featured in that particular month's DW Savers Club selection. You have also been given a link to the special DW Savers page. In order for the coupon code to work, you must select those tickets accessible from that page. The easiest way to be certain that a ticket is in fact a DW Savers ticket is that ALL DW Savers tickets have the special DW Savers logo right on the ticket's image.

Once you add DW Savers tickets to your shopping cart, you will then be able to properly apply the discount code. Once applied, your DW Savers discount will be displayed.

Okay... finally got it figured out....
and sorry, but I just wasted my time....
It literally saves $4.27 per 10 day hopper pass.... that equals 1.5%
But still have to pay the tax and shipping....

It will only save me $1 over what Undercover Tourist is.

I will stick with who I know... UT.
But thanks for the info. :)

oops... now I see Melani already posted this info.... :)

Can someone explain to me about the taxes.

In particular how are the taxes calculated for upgrades if the original ticket was purchased somewhere other than Disney (like from one of these online brokers)

I noticed that UCT prices are simply the gate price w/o the tax. And the "savings" listed is what you would be paying in Florida. (UCT charges no tax and no shipping)

Then I see that DWT charges FL tax, but even after their "Insider" discount and store pick-up/no shipping it is $1.45 more than UCT and $3.40 more than Disney w/out FL tax.

How can UCT not charge tax?
Will I be charged for taxes twice if I buy from DWT?
I know you have to use your ticket at least once before you upgrade, then Disney will give you credit for the ticket based not on what you paid, but on what Disney charges.

So my question is:
Does Disney assume you paid the proper amount of tax on the original ticket and only charge you for the taxes due on the difference?
Or do they have some way of knowing weather you paid taxes at all?

Our last trip, we had a buy 4 day get 7 days, and added a day at the hotel desk and it was about $2,00 more.
