So does anyone know of a reliable place to purchase advance tickets for WDW? Is purchasing the park hopper really necessary? Do you think I can purchase base tickets for three days and the park hopper on one day? Does anyone recommend purchasing the Pal Mickey, it is 65 bucks. AAA is not giving me a very good discount. Do the prices go up at certain points of the year? :grouphug:

For tickets, sign up for the mousesavers newsletter ( www.mousesavers.com )and you will get a link to discounted tickets through UnderCover Tourist. They are very reliable and trustworthy.

I think that park hoppers are a must, but it really is personal preference. For us, we may start out at one park and maybe it gets too crowded, so we hop over to another. Or, maybe we want to eat in Epcot at the World Showcase, so we hop. If there's more than one show or event going on at different parks, we hop. You get the picture. You may find it's cheaper to buy a 4 day hopper than 3 day non-hopper and 1-day hopper. Check into it.

I don't know about the Pal Mickey.

Good luck!

We get the Mousavers newsletters too...very valuable info to have. If you sign up now for the newsletter, the next newsletter does not come out until May 15th, but that will have a link for you to get the discount that is currently offered with Undercover Tourist. I haven't used Undercover Tourist before, so I can't give a personal recommendation.

In the past, we have gone through Maple Leaf Tickets (which we also found through Mousesavers). We would definitely use them again without hesitation. They were the best prices we could find at the time-and we also compared them against our AAA rate (AAA was very disappointing). Maple Leaf sent our tix through the mail via Priority Mail and gave us tons of brochures for Disney and other area attractions. We received a Disney pin with each ticket purchase, although I think that may have been a special promo at the time and not the norm. They included the tix, as well as copies of the tix. INVALUABLE! We wound up losing ours in the park one day and while we had to run back to the hotel room to get our photocopies, once we presented the copies to guest services they reissued our tix. This is a great idea no matter who you use-or take a digital pic of each ticket.

Fantastic help! Thank you. I'm checking out both sites right now. My AAA was a huge disappointment!!:earsboy: momma:earsboy: DD:earsboy:DD:princess:DD:earsboy:DS

You can buy the previous version of Pal Mickey...the Happiest Celebration on Earth one...from Character Warehouse (305-592-5901) for $43 shipped. They shipped mine out the next day. I had it in less then a week. From what I've been reading, he doesn't do anything less then the new Sorcerer version. :confused3
