Tickets / Adding an Extra Day / Can I do on MDE?

I need to add one more day to my existing reservation (just booked KTTK).
Can I do this on MDE? I looked and do not see that option. Do I need to call?

Did you purchase your tickets from Disney?
Are they part of a resort package?

If so, call.

I purchased through Disney, just tickets. Did resort on my own.
So I cannot do online is that correct?

There is a chance that since you purchased stand-alone tickets, you won't be able to upgrade before
you arrive.
(Some have been able to do so, some have not.)

Regardless, if you want to try, you need to call.

My reservation says Magic Your Way Package.
No clue what that means.
I have been passed around to five different people and somehow ended up in Disney LAND. OMG this is so frustrating. Now listening to It's a Small World but somehow I don't think I'm in the right place. All I want to do is add a day to my tickets and give my money to Disney!

Wrong department again. Now the man on the other end is going to find me a person to actually speak with to do the tickets but not sure since the first person that wanted to put me back in the loop said it would be a 45 minute wait. He just tried to conference me in with someone and said it's not working he thought I was the Disney person he was calling. Lots of time trying to get one extra day.

It will be easier to just add a day when you arrive, rather than playing the phone merry-go-round game.
