Ticketmania - voucher or actual tickets?

When ordering from TicketMania (seems to be best prices), do you actually receive the park passes and Cirque du Soleil tickets...or a voucher that you have to redeem when you arrive?

I bought from them in '02 and they sent us actual tickets directly to the hotel.

They were great, the only problem was that the hotel locked them in the safe. We had arrived at around 8pm and the manager had gone home with the key so couldn't get our tickets, not TicketManias fault though.

We ordered from Ticketmania for our trip last month. They sent the actual tickets, with a photocopy of the front and back of each ticket (something I always do myself), by an overnight delivery service. I had them send them to my office so my assistant would get them instead of having them delivered to my empty house. If you order far enough in advance, they send you an e-mail telling you when the tickets will go out so you can watch for them. I don't know what your timing is like, but I liked getting them before we left for our trip.

We've used them twice and have gotten the actual tickets, no vouchers. They're great!

DMIL & DFIL just returned from an extended Florida trip which included 5 days @ OKW courtesy of our DVC points -- we thought it a nice 45th anniversary present.

They ordered their tickets from Ticketmania. As others have said, the Disney admission tickets received are the actual tickets. Cirque du Soleil tickets received were vouchers to be redeemed at the Cirque du Soleil box office.
