Ticketmania Question

I ordered tickets Sat. morning from Ticketmania. I assumed I would get an immediate confirmation e-mail, which I didn't. I did write down my confirmation number. Is it Ticketmania's policy to send confirmation e-mails? I'm afraid maybe my ticket order was messed up.

I can't recall 100% but I think I did receive an e-mail confirmation. Did you check your e-mail spam folder? To put your mind at ease, I would try to give them a call or send them an e-mail. I have used them several times and have never had a problem. The tickets usually arrive within one week.

I ordered at Ticketmania yesterday morning and got an immediate confirmation e-mail.Are you sure you typed in your e-mail correctly? Glad you wrote down the confirmation number. I am sure your order is ok but I would give them a call just to ease your mind.

I ordered yesterday and recieved my e-mail within 5 minutes. Why don't you go to the site log in and see if your order is showing up?

I ordered yesterday, too, and I was wondering where my e-mail confirmation was. Then I remembered to check my spam/held folder, and there it was. Whew!

I just ordered from them, too and received a confirmation immediately--in my spam folder.

I tried to order tickets from them Sat. morning, but I couldn't get their site to work. Everytime I tried to add something to my cart, it kept saying "Cart Empty." So, I gave up and ordered from Undercover Tourist and got an immediate comfirmation email. I think maybe Ticketmania was having some trouble, because I have ordered from them several times before with no problems.

The "Cart Empty" message often indicates a firewall issue; perhaps your firewall or your ISPs is blocking cookies for that website.
