Ticketmania lost ticket policy

If I buy a ticket at WDW, they give me a piece of paper, with all the information needed to replace the tickets if lost or stolen.

Can the ticketmania tickets also be replaced (by Disney) if lost or stolen?
They do have a unique number.

Has anyone ever had trouble with a ticket from Ticketmania?

I would never carry around $600 cash, however I find myself with over $600 dollars worth of disney admission, that I need to be concerned about loosing.

When I ordered mine through ticketmania, they sent a receipt with a photocopy of the tickets. I didn't have to use it (luckily), but I'm pretty sure this is the reason for the photocopy. They were very prompt in sending the tickets!

I also think that with the new ticket system - though I'm not positive - you can get the tickets replaced with a photo id - after they have been used once for admission (part of the idea behind the new finger scans). There is also a space on the back of the new tickets for each person to sign their ticket. Be certain also to sign your room key, if you are staying on-property.

Not true. Unless you have purchased the tickets and had them attached to your resort ID, your name won't show up in the ATS computer system for those tickets. The computer keeps track of the biometric info of the user of each ticket but it doesn't keep all of the names associated with those tickets.

If you buy from Ticketmania or Maple Leaf or anywhere else, and you sign the back before using the first admission, how would you suppose the computer system got your name? It doesn't. THe only way it gets added to the computer is if your name is printed by Disney onto the ticket itself as with an AP.

Always keep a receipt that lists all the ticket numbers or photocopy the backs of the actual tickets. Tickets purchased from Ticketmania or any other wholesaler can be replaced if you have this information.
