Ticketless Package and applying a discount

We currently have a ticketless package booked with a room and dining.

We are coming in July. Typically a room only discount is offered. I know if we have a package with tickets, dining, and room and a room only discount comes out it can be applied towards the "room" part of our reservation.

What I am wondering is with a ticketless package (we are planning on purchasing tickets elsewhere) if a room only discount comes out can it be applied to our ticketless package "room" part of the reservation???

If the offer does not require a ticket, then the discount can be applied.
However with an offer that requires a ticket purchase obviously this will not work.
so basically it depends on the offer which is released and the rules of said offer.

Yes it can be applied (assuming it is available for your resort/room category), unless as noted the offer requires a ticket purchase as part of a package (such as free dining or Stay Play & Dine)
