We have vouchers entitling us to pick up 4 Orlando Flexitickets when we are in Florida. Pre-paid for with Virgin Holidays.

Can the Orlando Flexitickets be collected at any park that accepts them? For reference our first park that we need them for is Universal Studios. Can we collect them at the ticket booths?

I am sure we aren't the first family to turn up to pick these up. :)

I really don't know...I want to say no...you would have to get the tickets from Virgin. Since the parks don't sell the Flextickets directly, I'm pretty sure you would have to get them through your tour operator. Have you called Virgin to see what they say?

This is what it says on one of the UK travel sites that give Orlando Flex Ticket Vouchers...

This product is a VOUCHER which will be sent in the post, you then exchange at the parks customer service desk for the actual tickets.

Here is another response on another website to the same question...

Hi, the last time we booked a package with Virgin, we also bought our Disney theme park tickets through them. You do get a voucher, which you present at the ticket booth at the entrance of the first Disney park you are visiting and they will exchange the voucher for a "real" ticket.

The same applies to the flex ticket, which usually includes both Universal parks, Seaworld and Wet & Wild, plus other options. Because one ticket gives entry to all the included parks, simply exchange the voucher for a "real" ticket, at the first of these parks you visit.

From this, I would assume that any of the parks on the Flex Pass should have tickets for you at Guest Services.

You might get more info if you post on the UK part of the DIS site. It will be answered by Brits who know Virgin better. I think I have read on that page that you have to attend a welcome meeting to get your tickets..

Maybe a moderator can do their magic and move this post over:thumbsup2

I read the same post which is what I meant when I said the tickets would need to be picked up through Virgin. I'll leave this here for now...maybe Phamton will come along and tell us for sure.

Thanks all, I just worry with these things. I am so used to hard tickets.

It would be my worst nightmare to turn up at the gate to be told I couldn't exchange my voucher. Virgin have confirmed I can exchange it at the first place that needs them, so I am happy.
