Will my unused days from a Park Hopper purchased in 1999 allow me admission to WDW ? I don't recall having to pay extra for the no expiration option back then.

Yes, they are still usable.

Yup, they should work. I'm not sure though about Animal Kingdom, when did it open? If it was after 1999, then your park hoppers won't work for that park, but they will for the other 3.

Animal Kingdom opened in '98 I believe. So you should have no problem using the tickets at any of the parks.
