I was wondering if Universal (or any of the other nearby Parks) offer discounted tickets for entering the Park late in the day? Like if I wanted to go to Universal after say 5 pm would I still have to pay for a full price ticket?

There are no discounted tickets for coming in after a certain time. The cost is the same, whether or not you buy your ticket 1 hour before opening or 1 hour before close.
