We are staying for 2 nights at Fort wilderness in June and only wanted to get a one night uph. When we asked about getting just a one night uph ticket, cm told us that they could not because they are figured on the number of nights you are staying. I explained that we did not intend on going to the park on the other day, but still no help. Does anyone think we will have problem when we get to resort and explain this?

I am by no means an expert, but I have read alot of posts lately (call me obsessed with my trip). Anyway, does it have to be an UPH? I would suggest getting a room-only reservation and getting a one day ticket. Although I don't think you can get a one-day park hopper. It may be possible to have 2 reservations - one UPH and one room only for the other day.

If you try to get the UPH added to your reservation before you go, then the CM is correct. CRO/WDTC can only issue it for the entire length of your stay.

But if you wait to get it at your resort check-in, you will be able to drop the extra day you don't want.

The tradeoff is you have to forego getting the advance purchase price you would have gotten from CRO/WDTC and will have to pay the full price of the UPH at the resort. You can check prices at http://wdwig.com/ticketchart.htm
