Ticket ?

I am headed to the world next month. When I go onto MDE it shows my reservation and tickets. For me, it shows my 2 day ticket. It also shows 7 day tickets for my mom, husband, and kids(they are not going on this trip). When you click on these it says that the tickets have not been used and that I can reassign them. Has this happened to anyone else? Are they real tickets? We had issues last June with the dinning plan and the new hard tickets and they had to re-do everything twice. The second time, they had to rebook our whole stay and she put 7 day tickets on there. We had only purchased 6 day. Should I call? Thanks!!

Well, that sucks! Thanks! I will call just to see. That last trip was very messed up. We spent hours trying to get it all fixed. The CMs and a manager went out of their way for us and they spent a lot of time trying to fix everything for us. It's all good if they aren't real tickets but would be super awesome if they were.
