We are going to WDW twice next year - once in March for a long weekend (4days -2 days in parks) and a week in December (3 to 4 days in parks)

Question:
If I buy a 7 day pass at the beginning of trip (march) and use 2 days may I add on the no expiration for the remaining 5 days or will they charge me the $20 fee for the first 2 days I already used?

The year pass does not make sense for us as we will only go 5 total days in 2011 to parks and I figured get 2 more days for the following year.

Is there a better option??

You have 14 days from the first use to upgrade the admission media. If you know now you want the no-expire feature, I'd just purchase the ticket that way in the first place. I can't see any advantage in waiting to add the no-expire. The cost of the no-expire will be the same whether you purchase it initially or after using the pass for 2 days - you are upgrading a 7 day pass either way.
