Ticket window pick up

I Have selected Ticket window pick up for my annual pass on flexpay, does this mean I cant use the kiosks and have to physically speak to someone?

Yes, you have to go to one of the ticket windows at the front of the park and speak with the cashier. You can't use the kiosks. If you wanted to use kiosk pickup, you could have chosen kiosk pickup as your method of pickup.

I just did a dummy booking on the website for the preferred pass with flexpay and it does not offer the kiosk :-( I thought ticket window and kiosk was the same thing lol

There may be a reason for that. When I do the dummy booking for a regular AP, I am offered the kiosk option but perhaps there is a special deal for UK residents and you need to show ID like Florida residents or it may also be because of the flex pay thing and they want you to show ID.

That is correct! Usually with a FlexPay, they have to picked up from a live person. That's where you would pick-up and perhaps get your contract signed. They typically would require each person on that contract to be present with their ID, as well as, the contract holder.

I agree. Waiting in those lines can be a pain in the butt.
