Ticket vouchers

Some of our party will have vouchers from the UK to exchange for Flex tickets on their first day at the park. Do they go to a normal ticket desk or to a guest relations outside the park entrance? Thanks

you can use the guest services at the entrance outside of the park for the vouchers.

It is better to use the ticket windows. The ticket windows move much more quicker because Guest Services may have issues that need to be taken care of and are more time consuming. Plus, they have way more ticket sellers than Guest Services coordinators.
