Ticket Upgrade

I have an unused Disneyland 1-day, 1-park ticket. May I upgrade it to a 1-day, parkhopper ticket? Thanks.

As far as I know you cannot upgrade a 1 day ticket to ParkHopper - but maybe that is only in WDW?

It depends on the ticket. If it was purchased by someone then yes you can upgrade to a PH and pay the difference. If it was "won" or a "promotional" ticket, then it may not have any value to it and therefore cannot be upgraded. Do you physically have the ticket? Is their a value or price printed on it? Or does it say "COMP"? COMP tickets cannot be upgraded.
