Ticket upgrade question

Hi,
I have a question. I purchased 5 three day park hoppers from Discount Orlando Vacations in Nov. of 2004. We have decided to extend our trip and I would like to add another day to the passes. Is this possible? How much will it cost? Would it still be a park hopper or become a MYW ticket??????????? Help?????

The complicated aspect of this is that this particular pass is somewhat unique (I'm guessing it has a visit to Disney Quest attached??). The first thing I would suggest is to contact Disney directly - just call (407) WDW-INFO. If you can't get the info on the first try, I would call back and see if you have better luck with a different CM (their experience levels vary).

Ultimately, since this is a pass that was issued by Disney, they will assign a dollar value to it. This value would then be given to you as a "credit" toward the purchase of MYW passes. This is the number you really need to know to make a decision about whether it would be more economical to use these passes as they are or actually do the upgrade.

You will need to upgrade that 3 day PHP to a 4 day MYW Premium ticket. You must purchase a new ticket that carries all the same add on options as the old one had, in your case that's park hopping, plus pack and no expiration. You are looking at a price of $298.20 less the wholesale value of the ticket you are exchanging. You will end up with the extra park day and two additional plus options than you had before.

Based on the $298.20 price of the MYW 4-day Premium ticket,
if you paid less than ~$240 for your 3-day tickets you'd be better off getting a 1-day ticket for $63.63, unless you value the two additional plus options highly enough to warrant the extra $ for them.
