Ticket upgrade question

I have 3 day park tickets that I would like to upgrade to park hoppers. When and where do I do that? I am hoping maybe the evening before we hit the parks? The kids won't be happy to wait for mom during during the early morning entrance time!

I would call Disney. I am unsure if you can upgrade online, however I am pretty sure you are able to upgrade at the front of each park.

You will have until the third day of visiting the parks to upgrade to a park hopper. However you are better off doing it before you even arrive at Disney

Ticket booths. I believe you can do it night before.
