I am doing a MYW w/Dining Package and have the one-day basic tickets. I won't need mine but could apply it later to renew my annual pass. However, my Aunt going with us is a little tight on funds. I am wondering if I could take her ticket (single day) and my ticket (single day) and combine the dollar value so she will have less to pay for a 7-day hopper ticket.
Is that allowed? I have no idea and spent last night trying to find the answer. I found lots of things about tickets I didn't know - but I couldn't find this.
Thanks!

No, you can't do that. First, if she is just going to upgrade her ticket, of course, that is a 1 to 1 ticket change.

If she was going to get a dollar credit, you can still only apply one ticket to one ticket as per allears below.

You will only be allowed to apply one old ticket to each new one you get. You cannot take five old tickets each with a day on them and apply them all to one new MYW ticket/AP/PAP. If you were getting 5 new tickets then you could use all five of the old ones by applying one to each. This is the one rule that Disney seems to be very inflexible on.

Thanks! That's what I needed to know. I'll just save mine for the upgrade and try to save some funds to help her out with cash instead.
Thanks for the fast answer!
