Can anyone tell me whether the Disney Transportation fro AKL stops at the Ticket & Transportation Centre. We are planning to take the Lynx bus from there to Sea World and also to Discovery Cove. I have read previously that we may need to go to Epcot & then take the monorail to the centre, or alternatively go to MK and then take the ferry back, but this seems a little long winded. How long roughly will it take from AKL to the centre?

Has anyone ever done this route to get to Discovery Cove before? Is it far from the bus stop at SW to DC? We will have a car, but I would prefer not to use it, especially with all the Anheuser Busch samples that are usually on at SW & DC!! Not only that, but this will be my first time driving in the USA and I have only ever driven on the left before!!

Look forward to any advice, as there will be my DW and DS12 with me & we are all so excited.

We took the Lynx bus to SW from the TTC several years ago. It was quite easy. I can't say about Discovery Cove though. Perhaps someone else has had some experience with that.
Now, as far as AKL buses going to TTC..no, not to the best of my knowledge. I would take the MK bus from AKL, then hop on the monorail at MK and head over to the TTC. That shouldn't take very long. I wouldn't head to Epcot and take the monorail. That would take longer.

Discovery Cove is across the street (or across the parking lot, I forget) from SeaWorld, so the OP should have no problem. I did read someone else's post recently where they recommended telling the driver when you board the bus that you're going to SeaWorld, otherwise he/she won't stop there and it's a pretty long walk back from the next stop.

Right, the AKL buses do not go to the TTC.

The fastest route of all would be the Epcot bus and then the monorail to the TTC. That monorail goes faster than the buses I think.

The bus to MK and then monorail or ferry to the TTC would work fine as well as would the bus to MGM or AK and then switch to a MK bus. MK buses from other parks drop off at the TTC.

But two forms of transportation whichever route you take.

Lynx is a standard public transit bus. The SeaWorld stop is just a regular bus stop, where unless there are folks waiting to board or exit, the bus will not stop. Most, if not all, of the buses have automated announcements. Just pull the stop cord to signal the driver that you want the next stop, and he or she will stop.
