Ticket questions

I'm about to buy my tickets online for our trip next week, and I wanted to be sure of some things first.

• With Undercover Tourist, it says you can opt for email tickets and you won't have to go to will call first. Has anybody used this option? Do they give you a hard ticket at the gate?
• Also, I'm wanting to wait until we get there to see if we need to buy the express pass since we're not staying at their hotels. This is an option, correct? Every time I've been there in the past it was in February, so there was no need for express pass.
• Does anybody know if the Willy Wonka restaurant is open yet?

You can buy the express pass in any of the stores in the parks and at guest services

The Chocolate Factory is still in early renovations. It will be quite a while before it is open. It isn't a Willy Wonka restaurant. It is just chocolate themed.
