We are taking the boys (DS7-Goofy fanatic & DS 4 Mickey maniac) to to DL in July -:cool1:

I have a probably silly question- if I get a 5 day ticket do I need to use the days consecutivly? we are driving from AZ on a Thursday, plan on going Friday and sat. then staying at a beach house in LA.for the week. So I thought a 3 day pass would be fun, then we can go for a little on Thursday afternoon/evening, Friday and sat. But the 5 day pass cost the same as the 3 day, so can we use another day latter in the week?

second question: My boys are, well, shall we say .. not the most adventurous, so most of the big rides are out. I am conflicted about trying to get ToonTown MM or MM/EE. I am leaning towards TTMMs because I think it is for friday morning when they will be most excited. I believe Cost co is they where you need to buy your tickets to get these? Is that correct?

what say you?

Just an FYI about the Costco tickets, they are not park hoppers. They are 4 day tickets but you can only go to one park.
For instance, if you go to Cal Adv you will not be able to pop over to DL that day. And vice versa for DL.

I believe that TTMM tickets are only available if you purchase your package through Disney or AAA, but I'm not positive.

This is incorrect. If you buy a package or a So. Cal City pass w/ Costco, they are park hopper tickets. The tickets that you are talking about are for So. Cal residents only. Not the case here.

You do not have to use the days on your ticket consecutively. Just within two weeks of the first use (which I don't think you'll have a problem with)

Deciding between MM and TTMM? What about both? Pretty much all park hoppers 3 days or more come automatically with MM. That is offered Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday. All packages (you must buy a package which is room and tickets) include TTMM. That is offered Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.

I don't know where you are looking at ticket prices, but that promotion (buy 3, 4, or 5 day tickets, get 2 days free) is only for this spring. It will not be available in July. So a 5 day ticket will not be the same price as a 3 day ticket if that's what you're thinking.

thanks people, esp DLR. I guess I didn't read the fine print close enough (or the big print?).

three days is enough.
