Ticket question

So I bought my brother the 3 day pass including one day Epic for September but then my dad bought him a Universal Annual Pass for his birthday. Is there any way to swap out this ticket for the one day ticket to Epic and get some kind of credit for the rest?

I have a similar issue. I have an activated AP but hastily bought too many packages prior to the sales of the 1-day tickets. I called Universal recently to see if some of the packages can be used towards an AP-renewal or brand new AP. Unfortunately, they were unable to help over the phone and I was referred to see guests service in person.

I fly down next week for the Preview and plan to speak to someone (only if the line is not too long). I will update my findings.
