Ticket question

My brother purchased tickets for him, his wife, his mom, and sister. 4-day one-park-per-day tickets. All four of those tickets are linked to brother's account.

Mom and sister are instead going to come to the parks with me and my family in December.

My two questions:

1) What does my brother need to do to get the tickets to mom and sister?
2) Can those tickets be upgraded to be park-hoppers?

In past I have purchased tickets for our party and I have printed off the tickets for them to go through the turnstiles. When we go through they take your photo and give you an actual ticket that can be scanned into their app to use.

I believe to upgrade to hoppers you need to go to the ticket kiosks in the esplanade.

To upgrade you can go to the ticket kiosks there or you can get on chat, buy new tickets and have them refund the old tickets.

You will lose all associated park reservations when you do this. So they only allow you to upgrade if there are park hopper reservations still available for your days. Do this as soon as possible; the day you get there will be far too late.
