We want to go to both water parks but don't really need to park hop.

Is the option to buy the water park option gone?

We want to go to both water parks but don't really need to park hop.

It's no longer available without buying the Hopper option.

Another way to go is to buy a stand-alone one-day Water Park ticket, or,for not a whole lot more,
buy a Water Park AP... good for a year.
