so right now we have 4 day base tickets. If we want to make our last day only so we can go to both parks can we upgrade on the last day for. A park hopper? What would the price difference be ? Roughly !!

You can't just upgrade the last day to park hopper tickets. No matter when you do it it will upgrade for all the days - otherwise everyone would only upgrade their last day. I believe it's $40 per ticket no matter when you do it during your stay.

Yup, 40 to upgrade for the length of your stay, so you might as well do it the first day and park hop whenever you want.
