We have 2 NE tickets from 2013 - can we add days to them when we get to the park? Can we go to Guest Services at DTD or do we have to enter a park?

I thought I read that NE tickets can't be upgraded since they're not sold anymore.

The were 4DPH's that we only used 2 days so we converted them into 2D NE - so I am not sure whether the answer is yes or no.

I was unable to do anything to our NE tickets, and they were within the first 14 days of use (wanted to add PH) when we were there last month.

I doubt you would have been able to do anything to them anyway since you were past the first 14 days of use.

Since they're partially used, it's a moot point whether or not NE tickets can be upgraded. Upgrades can only be done within 14 days of the first use.
