Ticket Question

We are spending 2 days at Universal staying onsite there before switching over the WDW. While we are at Universal DW wants to spend the day at Disney since she is not into the rides at Universal. We bought her an extra day on her ticket but how does it work with the Magic Bands and setting FP's? Will she have a problem with the Magic Band since we won't be checking in until the day after she wants to be in the parks?

Since you said you were able to get her an extra day on her ticket, you must have purchased them independently and not as part of a package (since everyone on a package needs to have the same ticket to start), so there is no problem with one person using their ticket differently than the others, so long as her ticket is properly associated with her specifically in MDX (you assign tickets to each member of your party, unless they have their own MDX account, in which case they can register the ticket under their own account).

As for FP+, if they have their own account they can select their extra day's FP+ themselves, or you can do it for them - you just need to make sure you select the appropriate person you are doing it for and not all of you.
