Ticket question

Hi, I hope I can explain this correctly. We have a 9 night free dining, 10 day water parks and more tickets for our family at the end of August at CBR. I know we can use the tickets and go to the water parks in the am and then go to a park in the evening, which we will take advantage of.

My question, we are checking into CBR a day before ROOM ONLY. I know we can activate the tickets a day early before our package kicks in but my question is, can we go to a water park on the day of the room only and then use the 10 day park tickets after the room only. The day before the package starts we will be using it for a water park only. Will this count as one of our days? Lets say we use 1 day at water park and then the next 10 days at parks. Is this allowed or is it counted as 11 days of tickets? or does the water park ONLY day not count as a park day? I hope I made enough sense.:sad2::rolleyes1:sad2:

You have 14 days to use the tickets. You have 10 days that you can go to the theme parks and then 10 admissions for the water parks and more. Basically, the water park and more entitlements are separate from the theme park admissions, meaning that using a water park admission does not take away a theme park day.

This post includes the assumption you have a ten day MYW ticket with both the Park Hopper and Water Park Fun and More (WPF&M) options.

(Note, if you have a ticket of fewer than ten days, insert the number of days you have any time you see the number "ten" in this post.)

Hopefully this will make it a little clearer. In effect you have two tickets with different privileges on one card. Everything expires 14 days after first use unless you have the no-expire (NE) option. If you have the NE option all the entitlements are good until they are used up. Even if you use up all your major park days, the WPF&M entries remain valid until used. (Note you do not have to use the days consecutively.)

You have ten days of access to the four major parks (AK, DHS, EC, MK), and may visit more than one major park on a single day without any extra charges. Without the Park Hopper option you can only go to one major park per day.

You have ten entries to the minor parks (BB, DQ, OT, TL, WWS, FG, WSL). These may or may not be used on the same days as you go to the major parks. However, if you went to TL in the morning, Oak Trail* in the afternoon, and Disney Quest in the evening of one day you would have used three of the ten entries. (Note that leaving and returning to the same minor park on the same day does not use an extra entry.)

If you go to minor parks only on one day and do not go to a major park you do not use up one of your major park days.

If you were to go to a Water Park in the morning and then one of the major parks for the remainder of the day you would have used one minor park entry and one day of major park entry.

Note that with the MYW ticket unless you have the hopper option you can only go to one major park per day. Unless you have the WPF&M option you cannot go to a minor park without upgrading or purchasing a separate ticket.

*Oak Trail is a nine-hole "Executive" walking (no carts) golf course. Each person must have their own set of clubs and they can be rented for $15 per person if they don't bring their own.

NO I do not have water park AND park hopper. We have 10 days of water parks and more. I want to know if I can use an 11th day for a water park ONLY????

I will use an example, 1st day-Blizzzard Beach only, Days 2 thru 11 we go to parks only for 3 days and parks/water parks for 7 days. Is this allowed with 10 days water parks and more tickets???

Yes, you can.

Read through Cheshire Figment's whole post.

I did but his post said if you have water parks and more AND park hopper. We do not have park hopper, only water parks and more.

OK, I think I got it. It threw me off when he said post referred to BOTH water park and hopper.

If you have 10-day tickets, you can go to a park each day, for 10 days, over the course of a 14 day period. During those same 14 days, you can go to a water park 10 times. There is no link between the park days and water park admissions.
